What’s the difference between a fortune teller and a psychic?

A fortuneteller typically uses specific tools or methods, such as tarot cards, crystal balls, or palmistry, to predict future events or provide insights into a person's life. They often rely on symbolic interpretations of these tools to offer guidance and predictions. A psychic is believed to have intuitive abilities that extend beyond the five senses. Psychics may use various methods, such as clairvoyance (seeing), clairaudience (hearing), or clairsentience (feeling), to perceive information about a person's past, present, or future. Unlike fortunetellers, psychics may not always rely on external tools and may receive information through their intuition or extrasensory perception.

I myself am claircognizant but I like to blend that in with using external tools.
